That tradition continues today and into the future as we carve new paths and help shape the future of our industry.About the Team & Business Line: The Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) business line provides a full suite of services to set up, administer, and maintain corporate entities and investment funds throughout their life cycle. Through our global office network and with award-winning technology, we support private market investors in private equity, private debt, real assets, and other asset classes.Your Role:Generate new business opportunities by developing and maintaining a network of contacts within the alternative investment fund industry in the Iberian Market, particularly in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt.Attend meetings, either alone or with colleagues, and take the lead presenting the Citco proposition.Serve as the primary local contact for existing key clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships to ensure client satisfaction.Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.Work together with the business intelligence team to conduct thorough market research on market trends and opportunities.Develop and implement a successful sales strategy based on market intelligence.Utilize knowledge of the alternatives industry, the AIFMD, and particularly regarding Luxembourg domiciled funds to provide tailored solutions to clients.Apply understanding of international investment structuring and the use of SPVs to meet the global investment needs of clients.Prepare client presentations, pitches, proposals, and responses to RFPs, together with the sales support team.Increase market visibility by attending and representing Citco at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant content that demonstrates thought leadership in the alternatives industry.Work closely together with sales colleagues and service professionals in local offices to successfully win new client mandates.Actively promote teamwork within the sales team.Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the client base.Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.Avoid any dealings that might result in operational and/or reputational risk to Citco.Ensure all internal risk management procedures are implemented and adhered to.Establish two-way communication channels to convey business strategies/decisions and plans in a manner that engages people.Improve efficiency and workflow process initiatives
