El rol de Sales Analyst consiste en analizar datos de ventas y mercado para ayudar a la red comercial y a los distintos departamentos vinculados con la gestión comercial a tomar decisiones informadas y mejorar su rendimiento.

Este rol desempeña un papel crucial en la optimización de las estrategias de ventas y la toma de decisiones basadas en datos, contribuyendo directamente al crecimiento y éxito de la empresa.
Recopilar, procesar y analizar datos de sell-in y de sell-out de múltiples fuentes y formatos para identificar patrones, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora, tanto de clientes wholesale, como de K-Accounts o Franquicias.Desarrollar y mantener dashboards e informes de ventas utilizando herramientas de visualización de datos.Realizar análisis de rendimiento de ventas, incluyendo pronósticos, análisis de pipeline y seguimiento de KPIs.Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y marketing para proporcionar insights que impulsen estrategias de ventas efectivas.Realizar análisis de rentabilidad de productos utilizando márgenes y otros datos financieros.Evaluar la efectividad de las campañas de ventas y marketing, y hacer recomendaciones basadas en datos para mejorar su eficiencia y productividad.Realizar análisis de la competencia, del mercado y de la industria para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.Mantener y actualizar todas las bases de datos y sistemas de gestión relacionados con la actividad comercial.Apoyar en la elaboración de presentaciones visuales y reportes para la dirección y otros stakeholders de Skechers.Formar a los distintos stakeholders implicados en el uso e interpretación de las herramientas e informes analíticos.Participar en proyectos especiales de análisis de ventas según sea necesario o de soporte específico en clientes o compañeros.Realizar otros proyectos o tareas en función de las necesidades de la empresa.REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Estadística o campo relacionado.Experiencia previa en análisis de datos, preferiblemente en ventas o marketing, preferiblemente en la industria del calzado o la moda deportiva.Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar grandes conjuntos de datos.Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos como Excel, SQL, y software de visualización de datos (Tableau, Power BI). Se valorarán conocimientos en lenguajes de programación como Python o R.Conocimientos de estadística y métodos de previsión.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.Atención al detalle y habilidad para manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.Conocimiento de CRM y otras herramientas de gestión de ventas.Dominio del inglés.
