We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Málaga, Spain.
In this on-site position, you will provide high-quality technical assistance to our German-speaking clients, ensuring that they receive effective and timely solutions to their technical issues.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for helping others.
As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, offering step-by-step assistance, and ensuring that customers have the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with product setup, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.Use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues over the phone, via email, or chat, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate solutions.Offer step-by-step guidance for users facing challenges with products or services, ensuring a seamless experience.Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to escalate and resolve more complex issues.Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications and technical processes to ensure expert-level support.Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, tracking issues and solutions for future reference.Identify and report recurring technical issues or trends to the product development team to contribute to system improvements.Monitor ticketing systems to ensure timely response times and effective case resolution.Provide proactive advice and guidance to customers on how to optimize their product use, ensuring customer satisfaction.Participate in continuous training to stay updated on new product features, services, and industry trends.Help maintain a positive, customer-focused environment by always delivering excellent support.Profile Requirements: Fluency in German (C2), both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with German-speaking customers.English proficiency (B2) to collaborate with international teams and document cases.Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting.Solid knowledge of hardware/software products or IT systems and the ability to diagnose technical issues.Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues independently and efficiently.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping people.Ability to adapt to changing environments and work in a rotating shift schedule.Comfortable working on-site in Málaga.Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.Benefits & Perks: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Career growth opportunities: Professional development and training programs to help you advance in your career.Health and life insurance for your well-being.Meal vouchers, gym memberships, and other perks to enhance your work-life balance.Relocation package (if applicable), including flight tickets and accommodation assistance for those relocating to Málaga.Work in a dynamic and international environment, where you will collaborate with teams across multiple regions.Continuous training and development to stay ahead in the fast-evolving technical support field.A supportive company culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Why Málaga?
