)Organización y coordinación de reuniones nacionales e internacionales, tanto online como presenciales: coordinación de todos los materiales necesarios, coordinación de las agendas de los asistentes y asegurar una ejecución excelente.Organización de viajes (todas las tareas administrativas que conlleva según la casuística de cada uno)Filtro de llamadasLiquidación Visas, Gastos, etc…Coordinar tareas departamentales generales que se le requieren, como:Cambio LayoutVisitas externasCoordinación con General Services (impresión de posters para oficinas, decoración salas, velar por tener un orden y limpieza en el dpt…)Todas las tareas administrativas derivadas del puesto de trabajo (pueden variar según las necesidades del negocio).Cualidades Necesarias:Para un buen desempeño del puesto de trabajo debe ser una persona organizada, proactiva, con iniciativa y con buenas habilidades comunicativas, que sepa priorizar para facilitar el trabajo diario del SVP.Debe saber establecer buenas relaciones con todos sus colaboradores directos y superiores, así como con las assistants de otros países para ayudarle a conseguir sus objetivos.SOPORTE GLOBAL MKT DPT.
& EDUCATION DPT.Para REVLON PROFESSIONAL – AMERICAN CREW - CNDRealización de los pedidos de bienes y servicios SAP:Resolución Incidencias de facturas (VIM SAP), pagos a proveedores, pagos anticipados, etc… de Revlon Prof., American Crew y CNDCoordinación diaria con el Financial Controller para garantizar que los procesos de la compañía se cumplen y se ejecutan correctamente (MDG, TOA, Política Viajes, …) así como seguimiento del Budget por marcas / PO'sMDG Process: Realizar todo el proceso de altas, extensión y modificación de proveedores, desde su inicio a fin, realizando el seguimiento exhaustivo para no incurrir en retrasos.TOA Process: Grabar en el sistema todos los TOA's del dpto.
asegurando así que se adjunta la documentación necesaria y el control de todos los TOA's solicitados, así como realizar el seguimiento e ir contactando con los approvers en caso de que se esté dilatando la aprobación.Vacaciones del Dpt.
: Elaboración, seguimiento y control del calendario anual de todas las personas del dpt.

siempre está cubierto en cualquier época del año.Soporte en la organización de reuniones con otros equipos o proveedores (materiales, audiovisuales, salas, catering…)Todas las tareas administrativas del día a día como, por ejemploCoordinación con la fábrica del PLA en temas de Import / ExportSolicitud muestras / envío de muestrasSolicitud Material OficinaGestión nuevas incorporaciones dpt.
