Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role include:
• Collecting, organizing, and summarizing data from various sources, including market research, customer feedback, and internal reports.
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system with relevant sales and customer information.
• Drafting and distributing email communications to executives, sales teams, and clients.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.
• Acting as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
• Managing calendars and travel arrangements for sales executives.
• Providing logistical support for sales events and meetings.
• Generating regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
• Analyzing data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
• Supporting the sales team with the development of sales materials and presentations.
