The purpose of the organization is to support the Customer Success board area with a broad range of services and methodologies across the customer journey to guarantee the acquisition of net-new customers and the successful adoption and expansion of our products.
A Presales Specialist / Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services.
This role serves as domain expert and spokesperson for SAP Business Technology Platform Solutions.
They are primarily responsible for pipeline growth, deal support, market development, development of content for solution-based training as well as references for additional market penetration.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks These are some of the responsibilities you will have: Area 1: Deal Support The Digital Solution Advisor Specialist is instrumental in elevating SAP's presence and impact in potential customer engagements.
Their primary responsibility lies in executing and crafting presales presentations, ensuring they communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions.
By collaborating with VAT teams, they will weave customer pain points into innovative narratives, highlighting SAP's solutions.
They will maintain and curate an asset library for efficient transaction processes.
Beyond the initial presentations, they will lead discovery sessions with potential clients, ensuring that SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements.
With expertise in virtual tools, they will ensure impactful remote presentations.
Their involvement will persist post-sale, ensuring clients transition smoothly.
Area 2: Demand Generation A Digital Solution Advisor Specialist will play a role in our demand generation efforts, enhancing and refining content that speaks directly to our prospective clients.
Area 3: Digital Content They will actively contribute to the development and refinement of digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios.
Area 4: Sales Enablement A Digital Solution Advisor Specialist will participate in the creation and refinement of training materials to help sales teams navigate through complex features.
Experience and Language Requirements • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or computer engineering is required.
• Prior experience in software development, integration platforms and/or AI technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting and/or presales with SAP Business Technology Platform OR minimum of 4 years professional experience in similar technology stacks.
• Deeper knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform integration, data warehousing and new technologies is a PLUS.
• Confident with topics like Cloud in the B2B environment, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models.
• Native Spanish Speaker is required.
Fluency in English (MANDATORY).
Italian and/or Portuguese are a plus.
