Key responsibilities
Work with the Head of Corporate Brand & Reputation and across the team to develop, implement and measure corporate brand strategies and campaigns to drive a leading corporate brand and reputation.
Lead major research and measurement projects, including a multi-market research survey, the development of a reputation measurement framework and ongoing measurement and optimization of a flagship corporate brand campaign.
Advise on best practice methodology and approaches for audience research and insights across Global Corporate Affairs, driving greater standardization and simplification across global, regions and markets.
Lead the tracking and measurement of priority global and market actions, including regular scorecard reporting.
Oversee reporting and analysis approaches, improving consistency and quality of reports, as well as the analysis and insights generated.
Ensure approaches are best-in-class, adopting best practices, implementing learnings and driving action across the GCA network.
Advise and coach GCA colleagues and senior leaders on data, measurement, research and insights.
Engage and lead management of contract resources to support effective execution of communication measurement and research activities. Oversee quality and compliance of work.
Knowledge and experience
Minimum 10 years measurement, research and insights experience working in a fast-paced global in-house or agency communications or marketing team.
Experienced strategist with expertise in turning complex data into robust, actionable insights to inform communications strategies and campaigns.
Track record of successfully managing complex measurement and research projects with international dimensions.
Experience across both quantitative and qualitative research, comfortable working and advising across a range of channels and methodologies.
Significant experience of managing different stakeholder relationships and confident at forging trusted relationships at a senior level.
Experience of working in pharma/other highly regulated sector is desirable.

Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and flexibly, think ahead, engage proactively and take initiative.
Strategic thinker looking outside to bring new approaches to continually reinvigorate outputs and improve the effectiveness of approaches.
