.As Director Corporate Data & Insights you will work across the AstraZeneca Corporate Communications team and Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) network to direct the use of internal and external audience and channel data, research and insights in support of a differentiated, trusted corporate brand and reputation.You will have overall responsibility for major corporate communications research and insights projects across both quantitative and qualitative and a range of channels. This will include leading a multi-market quantitative reputation research survey and overseeing the corporate reputation measurement framework. It will also involve leading on measurement for AstraZeneca's flagship corporate brand campaign, including tracking performance, ensuring a test and learn approach and ensuring ongoing campaign optimisation.You will be expected to advise on best practice methodology and approaches for audience research and insights, helping drive greater alignment and integration of research and insights across Global Corporate Affairs. This will include reviewing resourcing and contractor support to achieve enhanced capabilities, simplification and maximised ROI.You will be a key member of the Corporate Brand & Reputation team and will play an active role in shaping the team's agenda and working directly with senior leaders and communicators from all business areas to drive impact at global, regional and market levels in support of business priorities. Cultural awareness and ability to work with teams across corporate communications, including digital, media and internal communications will be key.You must be a strategic thinker, with proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations to develop and enhance communications strategies, approaches and campaigns. You must be proactive and innovative and able to gain the trust and respect of senior leaders, who will rely on your counsel and guidance. Excellent writing, project management, planning and multi-channel measurement experience is essential.You will need to demonstrate initiative and collaborative skills while working as part of a close-knit, high-performing and flexible team
