Nuestro cliente, empresa fabricante de complementos alimenticios situada en el Vallés Oriental en continuo desarrollo y crecimiento, precisa incorporar: BUSINESS DEVELOPER En dependencia del Director Comercial, sus funciones principales serán: FUNCIONES / RESPONSABILIDADES: Colaborar con el Site Manager para elaborar el plan de ventas de la empresa, estableciendo objetivos económicos, márgenes, análisis del mercado y definición de sectores/clientes clave. Mantener un conocimiento actualizado del sector para identificar oportunidades de negocio, anticipar riesgos y mitigarlos. Presentar ofertas y diseños de nuevos productos para clientes. Elaborar ofertas basadas en análisis detallados de costos, producción, logística y márgenes, considerando procesos internos y colaborando con el departamento de operaciones. Actualizar el escandallo de productos para detectar desviaciones de costos y trasladar ajustes al cliente cuando sea necesario. Promover una cultura de transparencia y comunicación en la empresa. Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad, higiene, calidad y certificaciones aplicables (GMP y SGCSIA). Colaborar con el Site Manager e I+D en proyectos estratégicos, definiendo planes a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Proveer datos para los KPIs definidos con el Site Manager, monitorear desviaciones y desarrollar planes para alcanzar los objetivos. Supervisar y controlar el presupuesto del área comercial e I+D. Preparar informes y cumplir con tareas asignadas en relación a I+D y el área comercial. SE OFRECE: Estabilidad laboral y contratación indefinida. Horario de 7/8h a 15/16h de lunes a viernes. Salario a negociar en función de la valía del candidato/a. SE REQUIERE: Grado en Farmacia, Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos, Química o formación vinculada con ciencias de la salud. Experiencia mínima de 2 años realizando las funciones descritas en una empresa productiva del sector cosmético o fabricante de complementos alimenticios. Nivel de inglés elevado (mínimo First Certificate - B2). Valorable formación en APPCC e inocuidad alimentaria. Perfil con orientación al cliente, habilidades comunicativas, dinámico y resolutivo.
