Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Female Masseuse and Spa Assistant to join our dedicated team at Finca La Donaira. As a key member of our spa team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional massage therapy services and assisting with various spa operations to ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue and aromatherapy, to meet the unique needs and preferences of each guest.
Provide personalized consultations to assess guests' health history, concerns, and goals, and recommend appropriate massage treatments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and serene spa environment, including preparing treatment rooms and replenishing supplies as needed.
Assist with spa reception duties, including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with other spa team members to promote a cohesive and harmonious atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and safety at all times, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Certified massage therapist with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa environment.
Proficiency in a wide range of massage modalities, techniques, and spa treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring smooth spa operations and guest satisfaction.
Experience in assisting with organizing spa reservations and managing bookings.
Additional skills such as Breathwork, Fitness, and Meditations are highly appreciated.
Ability to host activities a few times per week in accordance with the schedule.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering exceptional service and promoting wellness.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in Spain.
