Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Kob Solutions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their physical function.

• Evaluate and treat residents with physical disabilities or injuries, using a variety of therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, and body alignment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals, and document progress and outcomes.
• Work with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize resident's use of functional abilities and promote independence.
• Provide education and training to residents and caregivers on exercise programs and therapeutic procedures to be continued at home.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current license in the state of practice.
• Experience working with geriatric patients preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess resident needs and develop effective treatment plans.
