Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Kob Solutions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential and regain their independence.

• Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, and body alignment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and containing achievable functional goals.
• Conduct and document thorough functional assessments of residents, utilizing standardized procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize resident use of functional abilities.
• Provide education and training to residents and caregivers on exercise programs and therapeutic procedures to be continued at home.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to discuss resident progress, problems, or needs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current license in the state of practice.
• Prefer supervision, training, and/or experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility.
• Certification, if applicable, and demonstrated competency in identified areas of specialization.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
