Thai Massage Therapist

As a Thai Massage Therapist at Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional relaxation and indulgence experiences to our guests. Your role will involve delivering high-quality massage therapies and body treatments, while also ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the spa area.

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, addressing them by name.
• Contribute to the high level of service standards as prescribed in the Standard Operations Manual.
• Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as outlined in the Standard Training Manual.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly at all times.
• Answer guest questions and provide information on services and treatments.
• Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
• Participate in new training and refreshing programs as needed.
• Update the Log Book and complete assignments as directed by the spa manager or supervisor.
• Respond to changes as indicated by the company.
• Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
• Report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with name badge at all times.

• Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in the hotel industry.
• Certification in the relevant disciplines is preferred.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Ability to promote positive relations with all hotel guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
