.Join us as a GenO Cloud Specialist Assurance teamLa Cloud Adoption Team est une nouvelle équipe au sein de la division Cloud d'Oracle dont la mission est de maximiser la satisfaction de nos clients en les aidant à bénéficier d'une prise en main rapide et d'une montée en puissance optimale de leurs projets, tout en supprimant les éventuels obstacles.Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les commerciaux et les avant-ventes, le rôle de Gen-O / Cloud Adoption Manager se concentre principalement sur l'aspect post-vente du cycle projet de nos clients, vous positionnant en garant d'une croissance réussie et durable de la consommation de crédit cloud..Rôle et responsabilitésVous serez en charge d'améliorer l'utilisation et la consommation en créant une expérience client optimale tout au long du cycle de vie de l'adoption du cloud, et cela à travers différentes activités :Assurer une activation du compte client rapide et fluide en dotant le client des connaissances nécéssaires à une utilisation optimale.Contrôler et revoir en permanence le plan d'adoption avec le client afin de garantir des progrès en fonction de ses attentes, faciliter le, garantir le succès durant les étapes critiques (Go Live par exemple) et fournir une assistance client à long terme.Supprimer les barrières, assurer la progression et la résolution rapide des tickets au support en engageant les équipes concernées et en défendant les intérêts du client.Surveiller de manière proactive l'environnement du client, évaluer les risques et élaborer un plan de résolution.Stimuler l'intérêt du client en partageant des informations pertinentes et en facilitant sa mise en relation avec des activités adaptées.Mobiliser l'écosystème Cloud Oracle afin de convenir d'activités et / ou de livrables sur-mesure.Détecter et remonter les nouvelles opportunités commerciales.Agir en tant que porte-parole du client au regard des fonctionnalités et des évolutions produits.Compétences et ProfilPour le rôle de Gen-O / Cloud Adoption Manager, nous recherchons des personnes correspondantes au profil suivant :Passionné(e) par la technologie et l'expérience client0 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle (un rôle en contact direct avec la clientèle est un plus)Modules pertinents dans votre diplôme et / ou expérience professionnelle : commerce, technologie de l'information,...Personne énergique et sociable mettant le client au centre de ses préoccupations, cherchant constamment à anticiper les besoins clients en offrant conseils, formation ou méthodologie.Capacités d'écoute et de coordination.Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes, solides compétences en matière de planification de tâches et de délégation.Capacité en gestion de projet.Proactivité.Capable de comprendre les exigences métiers des clients et leur définition du succès.Capable de positionner Oracle en tant que partenaire apportant de la valeur et de comprendre les enjeux commerciaux
