Collaboration builds a stronger, more successful future – one strategic hire at a time.Join our vibrant team as we look for a passionate FX Sales Agent (Conversion or Retention) proficiency to drive our customer engagement efforts.Note: This position is office-based in Manila, Philippines, full relocation support is provided for non-locals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide extraordinary service aligned with the company's culture and values.Significantly increase regional client deposits through phone and emails.Ensure that all necessary verification documents are collected.Document all communications with customers in the CRM.Serve as an ambassador for the company's vision and products.Essential QualificationsNative Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English and Portuguese.Experience in the foreign exchange (FX) industry as a conversion or retention agent.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.Strong sales orientation.Service-oriented attitude and sales background.Bachelor's degree in Finance from a well-known institution.Knowledge of social networking platforms.Customer service/relationship management and CRM experience.Energetic demeanor and ability to self-manage time and prioritize tasks.Target-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude and excellent learning capabilities.Full-time availability, working Monday to Friday.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience and performance bonuses.Opportunities for career advancement within an innovative and growing company.Dynamic and supportive team environment.How to ApplyIf you are enthusiastic about joining our team, please submit your CV along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and motivations for applying.
