Como Country Manager, serás responsable de impulsar el éxito de nuestros clientes y el crecimiento de nuestro negocio en España. Tu visión estratégica y enfoque colaborativo serán fundamentales para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y las relaciones a largo plazo.Tareas principalesGarantizar el Éxito del Cliente: Desarrollar un profundo entendimiento de las organizaciones de nuestros clientes para brindar asesoramiento estratégico y apoyo, fomentando relaciones sólidas que contribuyan a su éxito a largo plazo.Gestión de Ventas: Dirigir un equipo de Account Managers, cada uno a cargo de su propio grupo de clientes, para identificar y maximizar oportunidades de ventas, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente.Desarrollo de Mercado: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las novedades del mercado en la industria fotovoltaica española, identificando tendencias y oportunidades de ventas para optimizar nuestra presencia y ofertas.Colaboración: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo internacional, incluyendo los departamentos de marketing, finanzas y compras, para alinear estrategias y alcanzar objetivos comunes.Relaciones con Proveedores: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con nuestros proveedores, asegurando una colaboración oportuna entre clientes y proveedores.Espíritu Emprendedor: Jugar un papel crucial en el descubrimiento y desarrollo del mercado español, aprovechando oportunidades para servir de manera óptima a nuestros clientes españoles.RequisitosEducación y Experiência: Haber completado con éxito Educación Superior Profesional en economía, comercio internacional, gestión de ventas, ingeniería o una disciplina relacionada. Se requiere un mínimo de 5 años de experiência en un puesto de ventas similar (sales manager, head of sales, etc.).Conocimiento de la Industria: Se valorará tener conocimientos previos en la industria fotovoltaica, y el sector de las renovables en España.Experiência Internacional: Demostrar experiência en un entorno dinámico, internacional y de rápido crecimiento es esencial para este puesto.Habilidades Lingüísticas: Nível alto de español e inglés.Disposición para Viajar: La sede principal será Valencia/España pero se requiere viajar ocasionalmente.Cualidades personalesFuertes habilidades analíticas y pensamiento estratégico.Mentalidad emprendedora y actitud proactiva.Orientado al cliente y habilidades comerciales
