ABOUT THE ROLE We seek a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to bring their diverse experience and inspired ideas to our table. Using your expertise and the finest seasonal ingredients, you'll be producing on-trend food whilst assisting us to ensure the smooth flow of kitchen operations across all services. You are in charge of the kitchen during the head chef's absence.
Working collaboratively with the front-of-house team, you'll consistently strive every day to deliver a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests and lead a great team environment.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU Minimum 3 years experience in a la carte dining.Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ensuring high attention to detail.A team player and leader with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach.Passion for hospitality and the pursuit of more knowledge.Sound knowledge of HACCP requirements.Available to work across a flexible, rotating roster including evenings and weekends.Full unrestricted Australian work rights; Working Holiday can be accepted (no sponsorship).
