Job DescriptionGameloft Barcelona is looking for a Communication Manager to join its communication department. Under the supervision of the director of communications, the communication manager will promote Gameloft Barcelona's brand image to its various audiences. Through their passion and creativity, the person in this position will demonstrate their organizational skills, communication skills and sense of initiative.
Their main responsibilities will be:
Taking part in the creation and development of communications plansCoordinating public-relations workSuggesting and seizing upon relevant potential opportunities for increased visibilityManaging Gameloft Barcelona's various social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook and X)Drafting press documents, and developing newsletters and video contentPerforming media and digital monitoringContributing to communications for the entire studioTaking part in the organisation of external events and assisting with internal eventsCoordinating the production of multimedia content (photos, videos, etc.) in order to enhance Gameloft Barcelona's brand imageInitiating and taking part in various projects (HR, employer brand, corporate culture)Contributing to efforts to mobilize teams as part of various projects that aim to improve the corporate brandHandling all other related tasksQualificationsAt least 5 years' experience in communicationsDegree in communications, with experience in public relations or a related fieldBilingual with excellent writing skills (Spanish and English, but Catalan is a plus)Good understanding of integrated communicationsGood grasp of local and national mediaKnowledge of social media, especially LinkedInAbility to collaborate with Gameloft's various departments and game teamsAbility to support managers, to put in place strategies, and to innovateAbility to work in a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a creative spiritThorough, with good people skills, organisational skills and sound judgmentBeing available, on rare occasions, for assignments that may occur outside normal work hours (for example, participating in an industry event on a weeknight or weekend)And, above all, motivation and a passion for your workPlease attach a resume in English to your application.
