The Retail Team consists of approximately 70 people divided into three key groups: Shop assistants, Regional Coordinators, and HR and Marketing Coordinators.ABOUT THE POSITIONAs our Retail Concessions Manager, you will take ownership of the operations across 25 El Corte Inglés (ECI) concessions in Spain. You'll lead a team of three Area Coordinators and approximately 70 Columbia staff members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE- Lead Your Team: Manage a team of 3 ECI Area Coordinators and approx. 70 Columbia staff at ECI concessions across Spain.- Support Staffing and Development: Partner with the HR Coordinator on hiring, onboarding, and training.- Monitor and Improve Performance: Review weekly sales data by region and concession.- Be Present and Engaged: Regularly visit ECI locations to meet your team and provide feedback.- Build Relationships: Negotiate with ECI centers and floor managers.- Manage Operations: Oversee the opening and closing of concessions.- Coordinate Inventory: Work closely with the Account Services Rep to manage product levels.- Implement Brand Guidelines: Coordinate visual merchandising and marketing initiatives.- Support Wholesale Activities: Assist the Key Account Manager with ECI wholesale business activities.YOU ARE- A people leader who enjoys motivating and coaching staff.- Committed to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.- A strong communicator and business partner.- A problem solver who can make decisions independently.- A team player with a positive mindset.YOU HAVE- 2 to 4 years' experience managing a large sales team in retail.- An understanding of El Corte Inglés' environment and policies.- Strong knowledge of retail management and customer service tools.- Good analytical skills, confident using MS Excel.- Fluency in Spanish and English.- Availability to travel 70% of the time.PERKS & BENEFITSSignificant discounts on Columbia and Sorel products.Health insurance allowance for employees in Switzerland.Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning.A monthly Learning Hour for training and discovery.DEI initiatives to strengthen our involvement around these themes
