col-wideJob Description:**Job Details****What You Will Do**Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Global Marketing Automation Manager to join our ADT organisation, sitting within the newly established marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE). This is a unique opportunity partnering with multiple teams across the business, owning the marketing automation strategy and execution to drive the business forward. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working closely with the Global Marketing Operations Manager to develop the strategy and execution for our global marketing automation approach. You will lead all aspects of the development of the MarTech stack, and take ownership of our automated journeys, including lead nurture, retention, and onboarding campaigns. You will have a data driven approach, with experience manging data sets across multiple systems as well as the opportunity to grow the team. In return, you can look forward to all the responsibility and involvement of an integral role, providing you with a rewarding and fast paced career with an excellent benefits package.**How You Wil Do It**- Managing the deployment and integration of MarTech across a suite of global website platforms that futureproof and consistently meet the progressive needs of our customers, optimising the brand hierarchy & vision, product portfolio and delivering a best-in-class customer experience- Owning the marketing technology strategy and roadmap, that clearly sets out transformation of ADT's MarTech stack- Building customisable and unified reporting and intelligence that drives clear, direct action and accountability to achieve the vision and business goals- Tight-knit collaboration with IT & UX/CRO teams to effectively increase customer engagement across all digital channels- Maximising our MarTech investment, ROI and global adoption of all marketing software through training and documentation- Ownership of all associated programme management, include road mapping and building out of UAT, data security, optimisation, and product enhancements across all digital channels- Ensuring seamless lead flows from website enquiry to MA and CRM**What We Look For**- Proficient spoken and written Spanish and English.- Extensive Marketing Automation experience inc. execution and strategy. (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Active Campaign)- Experience onboarding new technology into an enterprise organisation, with an understanding of compliance, privacy and InfoSec requirements- Track record of managing and driving iterative Marketing Automation process improvements- Experience building campaigns, using agile marketing "test & learn", enhancing features and delivering best in class customer touch points and experiences- Setting up and running automated journeys- Experience building out lead scoring, acquisition, and retention programs to drive revenue- Strategic and operational marketing experience, including demonstrable in tracking the success of marketing campaigns- Strong collaborator, capable of influencing decisions and reporting data confidently and effectively- Knowledge of general home security products and practices e.g. CCTV and smart home systems is a bonus but not essential.LI-RemoteLI-CR1
