Responsabilidades Investigación e identificación de oportunidades para aumentar la cantidad de clientes nuevos a través del canal MGM.
Análisis de la interacción y datos de usuario para encontrar patrones de comportamiento.
Planteamiento de hipótesis data-driven y estimaciones de impacto para hacer crecer el canal.
Desarrollo de estrategias de crecimiento innovadoras, incluyendo promociones y gamificación.
Elaboración de prototipos junto con diseño e ingeniería.
Análisis de resultados y aplicación de mejoras continuas.
Requisitos Al menos 3 años de experiencia demostrable en Growth , preferiblemente en startups.
Formación en marketing, ADE, psicología o neuromarketing/economía conductual.
Experiencia en estrategias de adquisición de usuarios y análisis de comportamiento.
Dotes creativas para desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento.
Capacidad de análisis de datos y ROI.
