We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and operational excellence.Job Summary:The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining cost efficiency across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in supply chain management, preferably within the e-commerce or home decor industry.Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Strategy & Management: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals. Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize costs, and meet customer demand.Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.Inventory Optimization: Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment to avoid stockouts and excess inventory. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory with demand.Logistics Coordination: Manage domestic and international shipping and logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance, to ensure timely delivery of products.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in supply chain operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.ERP & Systems Management: Utilize ERP systems (Fishbowl experience preferred) to manage supply chain operations, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the e-commerce or home decor industry.Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations.Proficiency in using ERP systems (Fishbowl experience preferred) and supply chain management software
