Esta persona liderará la ejecución de un proyecto internacional asegurando las entregas de calidad, la optimización operativa y gestionará los plazos y equipos involucrados.FuncionesDefinir el Modelo de Gobierno del proyecto y proponer posibles mejoras para la optimización de la operativa.Gestionar el plan de proyecto, estableciendo plazos, tareas, responsables, alcance y riesgos.Gestión de staffing de equipo, monitorización/balanceo de cargas de trabajo sobre los perfiles, resolución de dependencias/bloqueos del proyecto y seguimiento continuo.Elaborar y presentar reuniones de seguimiento recurrentes con el cliente de forma clara y ordenada así como otros documentos requeridos en el proyecto.Toma de requerimientos/necesidades del cliente y aseguramiento de la calidad del delivery.Colaboración con el equipo de Advisory para la propuesta de soluciones estratégicas, tácticas y operativas, con foco en el desarrollo de negocio y el aporte de valor al cliente.Disponer de una Titulación Universitaria Superior (ADE, Ingeniería, etc.).Contar con una experiencia superior a 4 años gestionando proyectos en entornos IT/digitales y coordinando equipos multidisciplinares de al menos 8 personas.Capacidad de ideación a nivel negocio. Experiencia en la implementación y optimización de estrategias y/o proyectos de transformación digital con la propuesta de nuevas acciones, con alto grado de interlocución y entendimiento del ecosistema Martech.Sólido conocimientos de las herramientas de Microsoft 365 y herramientas de gestión de proyectos (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).Competencias FundamentalesLiderazgo y trabajo en equipo.Pensamiento analítico y conceptual.Gestión de equipos, alcances, tiempos y riesgos.Proactividad, flexibilidad, orientación a resultados y client facing.Contar con alguna certificación relacionada con la gestión de proyectos (PMP, ITIL, Agile, etc.).Disponer de alguna certificación del ecosistema Salesforce o Adobe.Ofrecemos un ambiente de trabajo relajado pero exigente donde todos los miembros del equipo tienen su propia autonomía para lograr sus objetivos y asignaciones.
