Sales Systems Specialist

At Factorial we are looking for a Sales Systems Specialist in our Barcelona office.
This role is for you if you are a systems thinker who would like to get into Sales Operations .
This is not a commercial role, it's internal facing only.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with urgent and important fixes and improvements in our various systems.
This position requires a strong interest in sales technology and a detective-like curiosity, along with a strong willingness to find solutions to simple and complex systems problems.
The role Manage daily requests from Sales teams and find fast and effective solutions Suggest process and systems improvements based on your observations Assist in the implementation and adoption of sales enablement tools and technologies Provide training and support to sales representatives on systems, processes, and best practices Your Profile You have experience working with Sales systems in the B2B SaaS context (Experience with Hubspot is a massive advantage) You are curious about technology and systems in general You are a problem solver and you do not abandon until you find a sustainable solution You are fast; sometimes done is better than perfect You are fluent in English (all our communications are in English) Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard Perks of being part of our team We care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees: High growth, multicultural and friendly environment Healthy life with Gympass (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes) Save expenses with Cobee Language classes with Yolk Academy Breakfast in the office and organic fruit Nora and Apetit discounts Free caffeine and theine Is this you?
