Customer Service Manager position in the international transportation and logistics sectorImmediate availability requiredResponsibility for aligning processes and tasks, supervising teams, creating and reviewing customer service policies and procedures, resolving internal incidents, and maintaining relationships with collaborators
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Align processes and tasks of CSD teams in different locations• Supervise and direct CSD teams• Create and review customer service policies and procedures• Create plans for problem resolution and service improvement• Resolve internal incidents regarding Key accounts• Create, review, and analyze KPIs• Maintain and develop relationships with company collaborators (clients)
Requirements
• Preferably have a Higher Vocational Training degree in International Trade, Transportation, or Logistics• Knowledge of the logistics sector, particularly in shipping• Minimum five years of experience in a similar position and team management• Intermediate level of English required• Advanced level of the Microsoft Office package• Availability for occasional travel• Interpersonal and communication skills• Analytical and continuous improvement capabilities
