Desde Adecco Banca & Seguros nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Delegado/a Corporate Sales para una empresa líder en Gestión de Activos Inmobiliarios.FUNCIONESApoyo al departamento en la venta de préstamos/colaterales/REOS a través del canal minorista y mayorista:Mantenimiento e incremento de la base de datos de inversores, así como de la gestión de la relación comercial con los mismos y coordinación del closing de las operaciones.Captación de nuevos inversores/intermediarios.Coordinar con otros departamentos la obtención de información y documentación necesaria para venta de préstamos, colaterales o REOSAnálisis, identificación, preparación y envío de producto para inversores e intermediariosGestión de deuda/REOSFront office con otros departamentos internos (Venta de carteras, SSCC, Direcciones Territoriales) y Externos (asesores/as, letrados/as, inversores).Soporte interno del departamento.Realiza revisión periódica de todos los asuntos de manera que la información esté permanentemente actualizada.Apoya y realiza seguimiento de la gestión de la cartera.Relación con InversoresApoyo en procesos competitivos y bilaterales con un objetivo claro de desinversiónSoporte con Inversores locales, Institucionales, Family Office, SOCIMIs, etc.Captación de clientesEn Adecco creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y apostamos por el Talento Sin EtiquetasRequisitosLicenciatura o grado universitarioAl menos 2 años de experiencia en funciones similaresCapacidad analítica.Orientación al cliente.Adaptación al Cambio.Trabajo en equipo.Planificación y organización.Gran capacidad de OrganizaciónElevado nivel de ejecución de trabajoOrientación a resultados, asegurando la consecución de los objetivos¿Qué ofrecemos?-Contrato temporal con Adecco-Salario 28.000€ brutos/anuales + 5.000€ de variable-Horario de lunes a jueves de 9:00h a 18:00h y el viernes de 9:00h a 15:00h
