About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Sales Executive to join our Spanish SMB team in Madrid. As a key member of our Client Sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, for businesses with up to employees. Your primary goal will be to bring in significant new business to Wellhub every quarter, while maintaining a high level of activity and quality of inputs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify key influencers and decision-makers at target accounts and engage with them positively.
  • Maintain a large portfolio of prospective clients and be responsible for understanding their needs, presenting the Wellhub solution, and managing negotiations until contract signature.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential corporate clients and ensure successful client launches and smooth handover processes.
  • Consistently crush your quarterly sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so.
  • Build working relationships with other teams to continually improve your product and market knowledge.
