Serás responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias del departamento de housekeeping, asegurando la eficiencia en la asignación de tareas, el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y la satisfacción del cliente. Además, gestionarás el presupuesto del departamento y coordinarás la formación del personal. Buscamos a alguien con al menos 1 a 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares, con habilidades para liderazgo, organización y comunicación efectiva. Debes tener un nivel intermedio de inglés y una licenciatura relacionada con hostelería o gestión hotelera. Requisitos : • Formación en Hostelería • Preferible conocimientos de idiomas. • Disponibilidad total horaria y flexibilidad • Experiencia en un puesto similar en hoteles 4* y 5*.
