Walter está buscando un/una Field Sales Engineer | Ingeniero comercial | Técnico Comercial que será responsable de la venta de productos técnicos Walter en área asignada. Trabajando con su propia iniciativa y bajo la supervisión del área manager, el FSE es responsable del desarrollo y crecimiento de las ventas, de la ejecución de los planes, de los proyectos y servicios hacia los clientes en su área.

Funciones principales:
- Vender, cumplir objetivos y crecer en la cartera de ventas asignada.
- Visitar los 5 días de la semana la cartera de clientes actuales y búsqueda de nuevos clientes potenciales.
- Atención comercial de los clientes asignados
- Asesorar, fidelizar, buscar necesidades e introducir nuevos productos.
- Reportar al AM cada lunes las visitas, información de los clientes, competencia, mercado y acciones mas destacadas.
- Negociar precios dentro de su línea de descuento, plazos y formas de pago.
- Conocimiento técnico de los productos nuevos y los existentes. Aplicación de sinergias.
- Conocimiento de la situación económica, carga de trabajo y de otros departamentos estratégicos de cada cliente en su cartera.
- Seguimiento de la política comercial de la empresa. Preparación, ejecución y seguimiento de planes de acción
- Realizar objetivos anuales y consecución de los mismos.
- Elaboración de ofertas, informes de rentabilidad y aplicación para presentarlo en los clientes.
- Conocimiento de las estadísticas de venta, así como estudiarlas mensualmente.
- Elaboración de gastos de viajes mensuales.
- Asistencia a ferias, participación de jornadas Walter, formaciones internas tanto de ventas como técnicas y entrega de incentivos.
- Conocimiento de la competencia, modos de acción y planificación- Area de ventas: Cataluña- Requisitos:- Formación académica: Ingeniería técnica, FPII maquinas -herramientas.
- Actitud: Buen comunicador, dinámico, comunicativo y con buena presencia.
- Otros: Experiência tanto en mecanizado, programación CNC y en ventas.
- Formación adicional: Inglés medio, hablado y escrito.
