**Renishaw Mayfield** is a subsidiary of the international group, Renishaw. This innovative company, which manufactures and markets a medical robot to surgeons for use in the operating room, is looking for a Field Service engineer.

**Position**

Under the direction of the Field Service Manager and the Sales and Marketing Director, responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the smooth operation of company equipment, ensuring the follow up of installations in full transparency for the client.
- Maintenance of client satisfaction,
- Ensuring technical support for the sales and marketing department (site evaluations, public tenders, conferences, etc.)
- As part of its increasing activity worldwide, the Field Service would like to reinforce its Lyon-based (Chassieu) team to maintain its current level of reactivity and client satisfaction.

**Profile**
- Must have a Bac+5 in biomedical or electromechanical engineering. Experience in the medical field or technical support would be a plus.
- A good level of English is obligatory; a second language would be appreciated.
- Driver’s license required.
