Buscamos alguien con thinking estratégico y visión 360o, apasionado por hacer crecer el negocio y poder así llegar a que la misión se cumpla y podamos ayudar a los millones de mujeres que necesitan una solución como Domma.Definición e implementación del plan de desarrollo de negocio en base a objetivos.Investigación y análisis de nuevas oportunidades comerciales y estrategias para el desarrollo y crecimiento de la compañía.Desarrollo de las distintas vías de crecimiento, bajo la estrategia marcada por las co-fundadoras.Gestión de agencias (Paid, Amazon, SEO...).Actuar como enlace y punto de contacto de la compañía para los canales de afiliación y potenciales clientes.+2/3 años de experiencia en ecosistema digital, preferiblemente start-up.Experiencia demostrable liderando y ejecutando estrategias de desarrollo de negocio.Alta motivación y actitud muy proactiva.Orientación a negocio, con pasión por el mundo startup, espíritu emprendedor y ganas de salir de la zona de confort.Visión estratégica, con capacidad de ejecución.Orientación a resultados.Data-mindset: alta capacidad analítica.Compromiso con el proyecto y ganas de aprender y crecer con Domma.Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y también de forma autónoma.Flexibilidad horaria y 2 días de teletrabajo.Unirte al equipo desde el inicio, formando parte del equipo clave de la compañía, con gran potencial de crecimiento.Equipo con muy buen ambiente, donde las personas son lo más importante.Ecosistema startup, en una compañía con impacto social y con alto potencial de crecimiento.Ubicación: Sant Cugat (estación FGC Mirasol), a 20 minutos de Barcelona.#J-18808-Ljbffr
