The mission of our Customer Success team is to ensure our customers get value from our solutions, driving their adoption and expansion. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and an intrinsic drive to excel.What You Will Be Doing:Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in your accounts, ensuring both user satisfaction and high-level engagement.Develop and drive tailored success plans to maximize your clients' business outcomes and return on investment with Zinklar.Identify your clients' business goals and translate them into research initiatives, offering strategic guidance on how Zinklar's solutions can meet their needs.Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, and growth opportunities to translate them into strategies for success and mitigate risk.Take charge of the renewal process, being accountable for the retention and growth of your portfolio (both upsell & expansions).Partner closely with Professional Services, Ops, and Product teams ensure the success of customer research projects.Act as the voice of the customer within our company to help us continually incorporate customer feedback in our product development roadmap.What We Are Looking For:3+ years of Customer Success experience and at least 1 year in the market research industry or in a consultancy agency.You must be comfortable managing the entire customer lifecycle, including renewals, upsells, and expansion negotiations.Strong project management skills - you understand what it means to be responsible for a customer portfolio and to prioritize your time efficiently.You thrive when working on your own as well as when teaming up with peers and people from different departments.An entrepreneurial mindset and attitude. Bonus if you've worked in startups before.Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.Looking for problem-solvers with curiosity, accountability, and a positive attitude.The Good Stuff:We are motivated people and we never want that to change
