From sales to service and content moderation to credit management, they're an end-to-end provider across all B2C and B2B customer journeys.The job:As aclient renewal specialist you will be handling andmaintaining relationships with the client'sexisting customers, in order toensure renewal of their contract.Your daily workwill include tasks like these:Act as primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust & setting the foundation for a long term relationshipEffectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.G. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)Engages with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross sell opportunitiesUnderstand customers current license position at the company, leading with the company'scloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as neededSupports renewal process by engaging & co-ordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on timeBe able to address competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiencesLeverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage customersYour qualifications:You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and youare fluent inEnglish (B2).A minimum of2-3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success.Working experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience preferredYou have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills
