If so, join our team at Nutanix as the Director Channel & Ecosystems for Southern Europe (SEUR), where you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, work with strategic partners, and leverage unrivaled support to exceed sales performance goals.About The TeamThe Director Channel & Ecosystems for SEUR would be a part of Nutanix's Channel Sales team. This team is responsible for developing new accounts, expanding into new divisions and organizations, and building partner skills on the Nutanix portfolio. The team is supported by various departments within Nutanix, including Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development, providing them with unrivaled support and tools to exceed sales performance goals. The team works closely with sales management to develop and execute Channel Sales strategies to drive sales growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Channel SEs and Enablement, is crucial for success.Your RoleLead and manage a team of Channel Sales ManagersFoster relationships with Nutanix partners across Central-EuropeCreate and execute a Channel Sales strategyDevelop partner skills in selling Nutanix portfolioDrive pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategyPlan and direct channel activities and partner business planningCollaborate with field marketing for effective communication and demand generationWhat You Will Bring8-12 years of experienceStrong understanding of sales process and Channel SalesAbility to lead and develop a diverse team of Channel Sales ManagersExperience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniquesAbility to communicate with C-level partner contactsAbility to plan and operate within a budgetStrong organizational and strategic planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
