Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Internal Audit to join our team at Jobandtalent. As a key member of our HQ team, you will be responsible for developing and leading internal risk assessment, assurance, and advisory activities, as well as enterprise risk management.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of our business and will be able to build strong working relationships with business partners. You will be responsible for:
- Setting the vision and strategy for the Internal Audit function
- Determining internal audit's resourcing (third-party, hybrid, in-house, etc)
Key Responsibilities
As a Director of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the Company's audit strategy
- Conducting risk assessments and providing assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls
- Providing advisory services to business partners on risk management and internal control
- Contributing to strategic initiatives and providing input on business decisions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of our business and industry
