Una empresa líder global en la innovación de la salud de las mascotas, busca una persona Customer Service. Cada interacción con un cliente nos permite demostrar el poder del diagnóstico que ayuda a los/las clínicas veterinarios/as, y a las mascotas a su cuidado, a prosperar.

En el puesto de Especialista de Soporte al Cliente de Laboratorio de Referencia:

- Actuará como enlace entre los clientes y los laboratorios IDEXX.
- Como miembro de este equipo, responderá a las preguntas de los clientes y prestará apoyo administrativo/a.
- Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con nuestros interlocutores internos con el fin de escalar eficazmente una amplia variedad de llamadas.
- Proporcionará y aclarará los resultados de las pruebas de laboratorio, coordinará las pruebas de seguimiento de las muestras y ayudará a coordinar la recogida y entrega de muestras.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Dominio del español y del inglés comercial (B2)

- Tienes la capacidad de ser proactivo por naturaleza y hacer un seguimiento activo de cualquier consulta de los clientes.

- Tiene la capacidad de priorizar diferentes tareas y le gusta resolver problemas.

- Para tener éxito como especialista en atención al cliente, es imprescindible tener una gran capacidad de comunicación y de escucha.

- Capacidad para aprender con rapidez y aplicar sus conocimientos y habilidades a diversas interacciones con los clientes.



- Se valorará la experiencia en un campo relacionado con el/la técnico/a, en un/a clínica veterinario/a, en un laboratorio o en un centro de contacto. Se valorará la experiencia en redes y/o software.
Gran capacidad de organización, especialmente en un entorno multitarea.
- Se prefiere un título de asociado o licenciado/a en una disciplina relacionada con la informática o una disciplina científica, o una combinación equivalente de formación y experiencia.
- Capacidad para estar al teléfono durante 8 horas al día.

- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal; sólidas habilidades interpersonales con capacidad para establecer relaciones rápidamente.

- Gran capacidad de organización, especialmente en un entorno multitarea.

Personas con discapacidad: Será necesario disponer de un Certificado de Discapacidad igual o superior al33% emitido por el organismo público competente.

horario: 9:30 a 19:30 con diferentes turnos de mañana y tarde (tres semanas en un turno)
Contrato indefinido con tres meses de prueba
