Fluency in English is requiredA typical day in this role might include: Provide leadership to various team members by directing their activities per the project work planParticipate in and often lead working sessions to prioritize requests and understand requirementsWork independently or in a team (depending on the challenge) but always supported by your manager and colleagues in a fast-paced environmentProvide level 2 and level 3 support to existing business solutionsInvestigate / troubleshoot technical issues and suggest improvements to the applicationsDebug Python, Data Warehouse scripts, ASP.Net/C# code and SQL stored procedures to identify root cause and potential solutionsProvide mentoring and support to junior staff membersAssist in automating and identifying gaps in application monitoring processesResearch and learn new tools to improve operational solutionWork as "one team" with Digital Development, Infrastructure, Client Services, and other teamsAdhere to strict internal technical standards and policies designed to achieve high levels of quality and security for all operationsPerform necessary on-call duties on a rotation scheduleChallenge your team with new knowledge, expert skills, and different points of view Do these statements describe you?
A minimum of 3 years experience diagnosing, isolating, and debugging software problems in multi-tier Web and Windows based applicationsA minimum of 3 years experience utilizing Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C#, Microsoft SQL Server2+ years of experience designing and supporting Azure environments, including IaaS and PaaSMicrosoft Azure Certification is good to have.
Minimum requirements would be AZ900 and AZ400Solid understanding of current and emerging Azure services, tools, and offeringsSolid understanding of the Azure service implementation, interconnecting, best practices, and patternsExperience designing and supporting enterprise core services as well as cloud deployments of these services.Experience supporting ETL processes to manage and transform data via flat batch files, XML files, and SSIS packagesAbility to change gears and jump on the next priority itemAbility to develop complex queries, debug stored procedures, and troubleshoot SQL JobsAbility to identify application problems resulting from infrastructure issues in a Windows Server environment, including problems relating to IIS, Load Balancing, certificates, and connectivityExcellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal)Proven ability and success in managing multiple activities of varying complexity while under tight time constraintsProven ability and success in working and collaborating in large multi-disciplinary teamsA post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent Bond is proudly recognized as a Great Place to Work and Best Managed Company.
