Contexte : Nous recherchons un Business Developer dynamique pour renforcer notre équipe. En tant que représentant du développement des ventes, vous serez responsable de générer et de faciliter les ventes pour notre société. Vous deviendrez une ressource de confiance et développerez des relations avec les prospects, en étant le premier point de contact. Le poste est basé en France et est entièrement à distance. Prérequis : Parfaite maîtrise du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Au moins 1 an d'expérience en tant que Business Developer ou dans un rôle similaire. Expérience avérée dans la prospection et la qualification de clients potentiels. Connaissance de LinkedIn, HubSpot et autres canaux de communication numériques. Vos missions : Prospection téléphonique et qualification des clients potentiels. Présentation de l'entreprise aux prospects et construction de relations à long terme avec eux. Identification des besoins des prospects et suggestion de produits/services appropriés via téléphone, emails et LinkedIn. Qualification des leads issus des campagnes marketing en tant qu'opportunités de vente. Revue hebdomadaire des leads développés, ajout de nouveaux leads; tenue de registres et génération de rapports sur toutes les phases d'activités. Rester informé des nouveaux produits, services et autres informations d'intérêt pour les clients, grâce à la formation commerciale. Développement de stratégies de vente pour attirer des acheteurs potentiels ou solliciter de nouveaux clients. Rendre compte au responsable des ventes des résultats des ventes. Soft skills : Excellent communicateur, à l'aise avec les interactions à tous les niveaux. Aptitude à établir et entretenir des relations solides. Capacité d'autogestion et de travail en équipe. Orienté vers les objectifs et capable de travailler sous pression. Bonne compétence en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision. Volonté d'apprendre et de se développer continuellement.
