MissionAs an Associate Director Global Marketing in AD, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our dynamic Global Marketing team, based in Barcelona.
Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director for Atopic Dermatitis (AD), you will be responsible for leading the Global Long Term Strategy for the successful launch of a new, promising biologic agent in the AD space.
You will work cross functional environment and Lead / represent the Commercial function of key Projects for the new product (Ebglyss).
In this senior, strategic role,you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company#39; S success and growth.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage The Long-Term Strategic Plan for the BrandBe an active and leading member of the Cross Functional team, involving, Access, Ramp; D, Medical, New Productsand Regulatory Develop an efficient understanding of the evolution of the AD market and ecosystem Lead the Competitive Intelligence group for ADPartner with GMI to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Immuno-Dermatology market, and leverage this information to feed the product strategy and brand plans.Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation, and input into the Global strategy.
Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of Dermatology to gain insights and support the product strategy.EducationUniversity degree in Pharmacy, Biology,Chemistry or Economics preferred ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring.Experience in Ramp; D or Commercial Early Asset planning preferredExpertise in Immunology (specially in in Dermatology) preferredExperience in Strategic Consultancy preferred Experience in budget preparation and management.Experience with innovative molecules.Experience with product launches is an advantage.English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency)CompetenciesStrong analytical and strategic skills, creativity and teamwork orientation are required.Ability to connect with cross-functional colleagues and with external stakeholders.Demonstrable flexibility and ability to work in a complex and ambiguous environmentDemonstrable entrepreneurship,strategic thinking and innovation skills.Skilled at making decisions that encourages a positive and results-oriented team.ValuesCare: we listen amp; empathize, we value diverse perspectives amp; backgrounds and we helpeach other succeed.Courage: we challenge the status quo, we take full ownership and we learn from our success amp; failuresInnovation: we put the patient and customer at the center, we create novel solutions and we empower entrepreneurial mindsets.Simplicity: we act decisively and avoid over-analysis, we understand why before we act and we are agile amp; keep things simple.#J-18808-Ljbffr
