**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **SAR Manager Lead **, tu objetivo será dentro de la plataforma de OneFCC (Financial Crime & Compliance), en el vertical de Trasaction Monitoring **liderar y coordinar todas las evoluciones / personalizaciones de los distintos proyectos (+10 países) llevando el plan y garantizando que los requerimientos no van en contra de la filosofía del producto. Así mismo deberás priorizar estos desarrollos, identificar eficiencias entre los mismos y coordinar con la línea base de desarrollo y las dependencias con otros sistemas.**

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Supervisión de toma de requerimientos locales (gestión de épicas y user stories)
- Aseguramiento de latencias y performance con las unidades locales.
- Coordinación con la línea base de desarrollo.
- Gestión del backlog (User Stories, Operational Task, Issues).
- Revisión y priorización del desarrollo y resolución de bugs.
- Gestión de despliegues por entornos.
- Soporte a las dependencias con distintos Functional Blocks (Integration Layer, Data Hub, Gestión Documental ).
- Soporte a la UAT Local y a la gestión económica del proyecto.

EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência en proyectos de implantación en el Grupo Santander (mínimo 5 años)
- Experiência en proyectos Agile (uso de JIRA y Confluence).
- Capacidad de gestión y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
- Experiência de gestión con factorías y proveedores externos.

EDUCACIÓN
- Formación Técnica (Ingeniería informática, telecomunicaciones )

- Bases de Datos (Oracle, SQL Server )

- Nível medio/alto inglés (B2/C1)
