Permitiendo construir alianzas estratégicas a corto, medio y largo plazo para facilitar el acceso de nuestros medicamentos en su entorno.Internamente trabajará con las Unidades de Acceso y Pacientes para conseguir maximizar posibles oportunidades.RESPONSABILIDADESDE CARA AL CLIENTE- Liderar la relación con los diferentes responsables de las Sociedades SEFH y SEDISA para convertir a Pfizer en un socio de confianza y mantener un compromiso de relación.- Aglutinar la actividad de Pfizer con estas entidades para así centralizar el esfuerzo de la compañía y maximizar la inversión.- Desarrollar iniciativas, proyectos innovadores y soluciones de salud junto con dichas organizaciones para poder ser implementadas por los equipos con los que trabajamos (KAM, equipos comerciales, SHP regionales,).- Alinear las áreas de interés de Pfizer con el interés del cliente para desarrollar acuerdos a medio y largo plazo.- Facilitar el acceso de Pfizer al perfil del decisor y maximizar los impactos de la red comercial.NO ORIENTADO AL CLIENTE- Liderar el desarrollo de un plan estratégico con SEFH y SEDISA para satisfacer las legítimas necesidades insatisfechas de los pacientes atendidos en áreas de interés conjunto, incluyendo las Unidades de Negocio y las prioridades globales de Pfizer.- Coordinar los intereses de las Unidades de Negocio y equipo KAM para llevar un plan único a SEFH y SEDISA, incluyendo los Congresos Nacionales, Sesiones formativas, actividades de los Grupos de Trabajo, proyectos de valor,.- Trabajar en colaboración interfuncional con las Unidades de Negocio, el equipo KAM, Acceso y Pacientes para identificar áreas de interés conjunto y ayudar a maximizar los resultados de la compañía.- Ser el nexo de comunicación con los departamentos de acceso y pacientes.- Optimizar los recursos de la compañía y las interacciones con los diferentes clientes.- Llevar la voz de los decisores clave a la compañía.- También colaborará en la gestación de proyectos de innovación One Pfizer con el objetivo de potenciar la imagen de Pfizer en el SNS.CUALIFICACIONES- Titulación universitaria preferentemente en Ciencias de la Salud.- Imprescindible experiência previa en la industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente en departamento de MKT, comercial o de acceso al mercado.- Conocimiento del entorno sanitario: políticas sanitarias, entorno económico y toma de decisiones a nível hospitalario y necesidades estratégicas del SNS.- Comunicación de alto impacto para colaborar con los clientes que toman las decisiones.- Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo y colaboración.- Capacidad analítica y visión estratégica para generar planes estratégicos y traducirlos en objetivos concretos y planes de acción.- Excelentes habilidades en la organización y gestión de proyectos (priorización, cumplimiento de objetivos y plazos, adaptabilidad y flexibilidad, gestión de presupuestos y recursos, etc. ).- Excelente capacidad de comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.PERSPECTIVA DE COMPLIANCE- La función y las actividades de colaboración/alianzas asociadas deben estar debidamente separadas del trabajo de generación de demanda.- Si bien el rol contempla la co-creación de soluciones innovadoras con cuentas prioritarias para satisfacer las legítimas necesidades insatisfechas de los pacientes atendidos en áreas de interés conjunto, éstas no deben basarse en el tipo de financiación que se puede proporcionar, ya que dicha financiación debe depender de las necesidades específicas identificadas, y no como una cuestión de rutina.- Si bien puede ser adecuada cierta coordinación con los colegas de generación de demanda para garantizar un enfoque alineado de Pfizer (por ejemplo, seguimiento de los acuerdos existentes o de los desafíos de adquisición, identificación de las partes interesadas que requieren información), probablemente no sería adecuada la planificación conjunta, por ejemplo.- Esta función es capaz de involucrar proactivamente a otros colegas (expertos en la materia) en Pfizer (por ejemplo, médicos) y compartir materiales y recursos para atender una necesidad identificada.
