.MisiónDesarrollar las mejores estrategias que garanticen el acceso y mejoren el posicionamiento de las marcas y del portfolio global de AZ, en la CCAA, farmacia hospitalaria, direcciones medicas y gerencias de los hospitales en su ámbito de responsabilidad, en coordinación con la estrategia nacional de AZ, aportando valor a sus stakeholders y trasladando cuales son las necesidades de salud a la organización, de cara a hacer llegar nuestros productos al mayor número de pacientes posible y mejorar su calidad de vida.ResponsabilidadesConocimiento y análisis del entorno sanitario.Tener un conocimiento exhaustivo de la normativa y legislación farmacéutica y asistencial, para poder gestionar el día a día de la CCAA y de los hospitales.Gestionar y mantener la relación institucional con todos los Profesionales de la Administración Sanitaria en su CCAA (Decisores, evaluadores, influenciadores/asesores) y en sus hospitales (gerencia, direcciones médicas, farmacia), actuando como interlocutor principal y de referencia en la presentación y asesoramiento del portfolio de productos de AZ.Anticiparse a situaciones futuras que pueden influir en el acceso a mercado de los productos de AZ, trasmitiendo ese conocimiento a la organización.Identificar decisores o futuros influenciadores para la compañía que participan activamente en la selección, posicionamiento y decisión de compra de los productos de AZ.Identificar tanto oportunidades como barreras de acceso de los productos de AZ en el ámbito autonómico y hospitalario, trasmitiendo dicha información a los brand team y equipo cross de campo de su área de actuación y proponiendo medidas que cubran las futuras necesidades.Planificación.Diseñar planes regionales y hospitalarios de acceso al mercado del portfolio actual y futuro de AZ, en coordinación con el equipo central y cross de campo en su área de actuación, basados en las necesidades de la CCAA y de los hospitales y alineados con las estrategias del Brand Plan.Planificar acciones y proyectos adhoc en función de las necesidades de la región y de los hospitales.Identificar, proponer y desarrollar propuestas de valor, eventos, mensajes clave, trasmitiendo lo que aportan los productos de AZ en cada una de las áreas terapéuticas ante las autoridades sanitarias.Definir, clasificar y mantener un fichero de clientes que influencian todas las fases del acceso regional y hospitalario.ImplementaciónImplementar los proyectos de acceso al mercado en la red sanitaria, asegurando el éxito de los mismos y que los niveles de interacción con sus interlocutores se cumplen en relación con los objetivos previstos, detectando desviaciones producidas y proponiendo acciones correctoras
