As an Operations/strategy Consultant in the Corporate Sales Team, you will report to the VP Corporate Global Sales and work closely with the Strategy team to support them in the development and improvement of the sales plan Globally.
You will be developing analytical tasks related with the sales pipeline, forecast, Team's KPI analysis and follow up. You will be also involved in operational models and processes in collaboration with our senior strategy managers, performing market analysis, supporting the definition of the sales processes Globally and supporting GTM plans for specific markets.
You will be the point of contact for The Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Finance teams for the Corporate Sales related issues.
Success in this position requires a results-oriented mindset and the ability to lead optimization initiatives. Analytical, project management and strategic planning skills are also a must-have.

What you will do at ODILO: Determining the scope of operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation.Developing operational improvement strategies in the Corporate sales team.Recommending cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.Collaborating in the definition and improvement of corporate sales processesPerforming Market AnalysisSupporting GTM strategiesFacilitating optimization initiatives and promoting best practices.Performing cost calculations and coordinating budgets.Collaborating across departments to set realistic operational targets and timeframes.Documenting processes, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports.Integrating new technologies and promoting adherence to industry standards.The ideal candidate will bring: A Bachelor's degree in management science, Business Administration, or in a related field.A minimum of 3 years' experience in operations consultancy in top tier firms or Corporate strategy department (desirable in the Education and Corporate Sector/projects)Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement strategies.Advanced excel skills, including creating business models and scenario analysis.Outstanding planning, organization and communication skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 Required).Proven Flexibility and adaptability skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and in collaboration with other teams.
