Tu principal función dentro de la compañía será la de asegurar la correcta satisfacción de los clientes durante su estancia en el establecimiento, así como ser el responsable del enlace entre los clientes y la dirección.
Estas vacantes son para nuestro hotel Insotel Tarida Beach Resort & Spa, ubicado en Sant Josep de sa Talaia en Ibiza.
Tus principales funciones serán:
- Atender las peticiones, sugerencias y reclamaciones realizadas por los clientes.
- Comunicación con el cliente y enlace cliente-dirección.
- Supervisión y apoyo en todos los servicios incluidos eventos.
- Coordinar y planificar las visitas que se realicen en el establecimiento.
- Actualización y revisión de la información publicada al cliente en el establecimiento.
- Otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto.
