Description del puesto: Como Director, serás responsable del éxito de la Galería y una pieza clave en el éxito de uno o más puntos de venta.Tus principales tareas serán las siguientes:Estarás a cargo del equipo de ventas de la galería para ofrecer una experiencia de cliente inolvidable a nuestros visitantesSerás responsable del mantenimiento y conservación de la galería (limpieza, existencias, seguridad); Gestionar los horarios yla distribución de las tareas diarias; Generar y presentar informes sobre los resultados de ventas y productividad; Participar en la formación inicial y continua del personalRequisitos: Orientación a resultados y conocimiento de KPIsExperiencia en gestión de equiposExperiencia en ventas y atención al clienteFluidez en español/inglés y se valorará un tercer idiomaExperiencia en ventas y atención al clienteExcelentes habilidades de comunicación.Capacidad para realizar varias tareas, organizar y priorizar el trabajoProactividad y autonomíaVoluntad de participar en un proyecto ambicioso.Tipo de contrato: Contrato indefinido a tiempo completoRemuneration y beneficiosPlan de comisiones sobre la venta generada#J-18808-Ljbffr
