Nuestro cliente es una importante multinacional y un referente en el sector retail. Es una gran empresa, sólida y en crecimiento, dinámica, en la que se potencia el talento y el bienestar de los/las empleados/as.

Actualmente buscamos una posición de dirección del departamento de materiales de construcción para su centro de MÁLAGA.

 

Realizará las siguientes funciones:

  • Supervisión, formación y liderazgo de un equipo comercial técnico.
  • Evaluación del personal, motivar, formar y desarrollar. Asegurar el mejor servicio al cliente.
  • Gestión y coordinación de la actividad comercial y del punto de venta.
  • Asesoramiento técnico a cliente particular y profesional en el sector materiales y construcción.
  • Controlar la cantidad y la calidad de stock en la tienda, con el fin de conseguir los presupuestos y los resultados definidos por la compañía.
  • Estrategias comerciales para la consecución de objetivos.

 

Requisitos:

Buscamos un/a profesional con titulación técnica, alta orientación comercial y con amplio conocimiento del sector de materiales de construcción, que se mantenga en constante desarrollo, formación e innovación.

Es imprescindible acreditar formación y/o conocimientos en el sector construcción y materiales.

Empática/o y con capacidad creativa.

Persona dinámica, resolutiva y con iniciativa.

Espíritu emprendedor e innovador.

 

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Plan de carrera y opciones reales de promoción y crecimiento

Salario en función de experiencia aportada candidato/a >25k. 

Variable en función de objetivos trimestral (aprox. 2-4%) 

Participaciones de empresa (anual aprox 10%)

Seguro médico (copago) propio y familia

Horario: Se baraja una horquilla aproximada de 9 a 19h, de lunes a viernes (+2 sábados al mes librando un día entre semana por cada sábado).
