Together we roll up and jump in wherever we're needed, for whatever reason.The OpportunityThis Senior Account Director will be the client lead for one of M&C Saatchi's biggest financial services clients, and is responsiblefor managing relationships with key client contacts, and overseeing their client's day today communications requirements; forecasting and process across integratedcampaigns – covering communications incorporating Integrated, Digital, Social, Content and Branding projects. They will foster close collaboration with Brand Strategy, Creative& Design and Integrated Production teams.A Snapshot Of What You'll DoInnately understand the client's business and seeks ways to add value to drive the client business in terms of creative product, market share and brand recognitionStrategically drives the client's marketing product within the category; anticipates potential competitive threats or opportunities. Makes recommendations to clientMonitor the health of the account team and ensures that resource is appropriate and profitableBuild and nurture beneficial working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidanceUse learnings on campaign performance to orchestrate maximum effectiveness on future campaigns, from brief through to production and implementationSupport Managing Partner/Group Account Director when requiredAct as mentor to the junior members of the Account Management team, setting a positive example for team behaviour, learning and collaborationPlus much moreYour Ideal ExperiencePrevious experience working as a Senior Account Director, ideally from a creative agency environmentProven experience leading integrated campaigns and comms projects, exposure to the Financial Services industry is idealIn-depth knowledge of communications projects: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobileA leader - proven ability to build and inspire a diverse team, to elevate quality of work and ideas to the next levelAn influencer – able to take people on a journey, to achieve buy-in across critical issuesPassionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to deliveryM&C Saatchi Group AmbitionAs part of the M&C Saatchi Group we come together to realise BIG AMBITIONS.
