Quizás esta puede ser una buena oportunidad para ti Desde Talent Match, seleccionamos a un/a Inside Sales Team Lead para una gestionar área B2C en una compañía consolidada en su sector, situada en el centro de Barcelona ¿Cuál será tu misión?
• Liderazgo y gestión del equipo de agentes internos y externos.
Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño, formación, así como planes individuales de desarrollo.
• Monitorización con el objetivo de analizar los resultados.
• Establecer planes de acción en el área de ventas internas con el objetivo de optimizar el rendimiento cuantitativo y cualitativo, acorde a los estándares de la empresa.
• Elaboración de argumentarios y material formativo para contribuir a la mejora de enfoques de venta.
• Asegurar la correcta implantación de las diferentes campañas inbound B2C, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de marketing y los diferentes canales de venta.
• Análisis de KPIs y actividad, elaboración de informes de gestión, datos de conversión, etc.
• Revisión de cumplimiento de procedimientos, codificación de información en sistemas y volcado correcto de los datos.
• Colaboración en la mejora continua de procesos del área a nivel de procedimientos y sistemas.
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados: ¿Qué necesitas para hacer el match?
• Aportar experiencia profesional previa mínima de 4 años liderando equipos de venta telefónica en canal B2C.
• Habituado/a al manejo de sistemas CRM y de marcación rápida.
• Perfil con habilidades comerciales y de interlocución.
Capacidad de liderazgo con orientación tanto a objetivos como a personas.
