**SOBRE EL PUESTO Y EL EQUIPO**:
En Bodas.net buscamos un/a nuevo/a Team Leader para nuestro equipo de Inside Sales - Hunter para el mercado español en Barcelona.
La persona ideal tiene que aportar experiência en la **venta B2B **y en la gestión de un porfolio de clientes, además tener buenas habilidades de escucha, comprensión de las necesidades de los clientes y fuertes competencias de liderazgo de equipos.
Nos gustaría contar con una persona apasionada por la venta y el mundo digital, que conozca los principios y nociones fundamentales de marketing digital y pueda ofrecer a nuestros clientes un servicio digital de calidad.
**Se trata de un contrato temporal.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Gestión y desarrollo del equipo comercial hunter
- Gestión de la cartera de renovación de clientes B2B (fotógrafos, floristas, músicos, etc.).
- Asegurar la fidelización de nuestros clientes gracias a un servicio personalizado Negociación, seguimiento y cierre de las condiciones contractuales con los clientes
**Requisitos**:
- Habilidades de gestión de equipos comerciales B2B (a poder ser en equipos Hunter)
- Experiência demostrable de 2 años o más en un puesto similar
- Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación
- Capacidad de gestionar, motivar y hacer crecer al equipo
- Persona resolutiva y con iniciativa
- Mentalidad perseverante
- Análisis de resultados orientado basado en acciones concretas
- Seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño
- Dominio de Google Docs, Excel, Word y PowerPoint Nível de inglés intermedio (B2)
