The Position We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the Revenue team in driving efficient execution of commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience working with sales data, CRM systems, and reporting tools. This role will play a key part in ensuring the sales team operates at maximum efficiency by analyzing performance, managing tools, and supporting key initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the efficient execution of commercial strategies.Analyze sales data and generate reports to facilitate decision-making.Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and other sales platforms.Monitor sales team performance and propose improvements based on data analysis.Support the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at increasing sales team efficiency.Identify and resolve operational issues in the sales cycle. You have...1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a Sales Operations department.Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data.Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Excellent skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with SQL.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
